Outcome-based service

Meaningful CSR & Corporate Impact

Regenera helps design or redesign a corporate environmental or community initiative around a real local need, meaningful participation, measurable outcomes, follow-up and defensible communication.

Already have a CSR team, foundation, social enterprise or event agency? Good. Regenera adds the place-impact and evidence layer — helping identify the right local need, design for meaningful outcomes, build the evidence and decide what should happen next.

“CSR should not end when the photo is taken.”

Focused Place & Nature Review

A scoped entry format within the Diagnostic pathway: one question, one place, agreed existing evidence and up to one interview or working session.

A 5–10 page Decision Brief: priorities, evidence gaps and a recommendation to stop, act small, commission a Full Diagnostic or test a Pilot. Includes one findings call and one factual-correction round. Typically 7–10 business days after complete information and scope confirmation; specialist-dependent work may take longer.

Illustrative indicative proposal: THB 60,000 for one scoped site/problem

Not a fixed fee or an approved contract. Scope, fee and tax treatment are clarified in the written quote. Travel, specialists, fair local knowledge-holder compensation, fieldwork and outside logistics are additional unless expressly included. Any fee credit applies only if stated in the next written proposal.

Not a broad or multi-site baseline. Excludes ecological surveys, EIA, certification, formal ESG assurance, carbon accounting and large fieldwork. Specialist work requires a separate scope with qualified specialists.

Indicative professional fee guidance; final scope confirmed in writing. Fees cover Regenera's professional work; specialist, community knowledge-holder, travel, materials and direct implementation costs are additional unless included in the written proposal. Not a quotation.

Preferred ladder: Briefing → Diagnostic → 90-Day Pilot → Strategic Advisory by custom scope.

Four ways buyers enter this work

We need an activity designed from a real local need

We already have an activity but need evidence and follow-up

We have a foundation or social enterprise and need portfolio evidence

We are an agency, DMC or MICE organiser and need an impact layer for our client

Regenera can work directly with corporate teams, alongside foundations, social enterprises, NGOs and community partners, with event, MICE and DMC agencies, or across several properties and locations under one evidence architecture.

Who this is for

Hotels, hospitality groups, developers, MICE and event organisations, tourism businesses, and corporate, ESG or sustainability teams that want one initiative to create clearer value for people, place or nature.

Trigger problems

  • · Our CSR should create value beyond the event
  • · We can count activity but cannot explain what changed
  • · We need a locally relevant employee or guest engagement initiative
  • · We need credible indicators and follow-up

Process & timeline

Local need and initiative diagnosis → consent-based stakeholder input → co-design → participation and delivery planning → baseline, indicators and follow-up logic → 90-day action brief.

Duration: Typically 3–5 weeks.

What you receive

  • · Local need and problem diagnosis before activity selection
  • · Relevant stakeholder and local partner map
  • · Co-designed initiative or employee/guest engagement concept
  • · Scoped delivery and coordination plan
  • · Proportionate baseline, indicator and follow-up logic
  • · Practical 90-day follow-up plan
  • · Transparent communication and greenwashing guardrails

Decision after the engagement

The team has a locally grounded initiative design, proportionate indicators and a practical 90-day follow-up plan, with clear decisions about what to continue, adapt or scope next.

Not included

  • · Impact assurance or verification
  • · Certification or ESG audit
  • · Carbon verification
  • · EIA, engineering or ecological survey
  • · Large-scale event production
  • · Large-scale delivery unless separately scoped

Client responsibilities

Nominate an internal owner, share the existing brief and available evidence, enable consent-based stakeholder conversations and support agreed follow-up after the activity.

Investment basis

Indicative professional fee from THB 120,000 for the core sprint. Larger delivery and multi-month or annual programmes are separately scoped. Final fee is confirmed in a written proposal and depends on scope, organisation size, geography, specialist inputs and implementation needs.

Not the right fit when…

The objective is publicity without meaningful participation or follow-up, or specialist assurance, technical study or large-scale production is the primary need.

Ways to engage

A

Meaningful CSR Experience

A well-designed one-off activity with a clear purpose, local relevance, meaningful participation and proportionate follow-up.

B

CSR Impact Programme

A separately scoped 3–6 month programme combining multiple interventions, learning loops, measurement and adaptation.

C

Corporate Place Impact Partnership

Longer-term annual, multi-property or portfolio work connecting CSR, business priorities, community relationships and nature under one evidence architecture. Proposal based.

The core sprint starts from the indicative investment shown above. Larger delivery, multi-month programmes and annual partnerships are separately scoped.

Illustrative examples — not client cases

From a useful activity to a designed contribution.

Beach clean-up

→ Waste and source mapping, prevention, participation and follow-up.

Tree planting

→ The right ecosystem and species, with stewardship and survival follow-up.

Donation

→ Need framing, a community-designed intervention and proportionate outcome tracking.

Volunteer day

→ Learning, meaningful participation and a measurable contribution to place.

These familiar activities can be worthwhile starting points. The design work adds context, participation and follow-up appropriate to the scope.

FAQ

  • Can Regenera design the activity as well as the measurement?

Yes, within an agreed scope. We can diagnose the local need, co-design the initiative, coordinate agreed local implementation partners and build proportionate measurement and follow-up. Large-scale event production and specialist technical work are separately scoped.

  • Do you verify impact claims?

No. We distinguish ambition, planned outcomes, outputs and evidence actually collected. Formal assurance or verification remains specialist territory.

  • Does a one-off activity still have value?

It can. A well-designed one-off activity can create useful participation, learning or contribution. The important question is whether its purpose, local relevance and follow-up are clear and proportionate.
