Our Social Enterprise commitment.

Regenera Thailand exists to help tourism businesses and destinations test whether regenerative approaches can operate as a working business model — creating fair revenue for local communities, benefits for ecosystems, and long-term resilience for the places we work in.

We are preparing the legal and governance documentation required to apply for Social Enterprise registration in Thailand under the applicable framework. This page will be updated when the application is submitted and when registration is granted.

• Advisory retainers with hotels, DMCs, destinations and institutions.
• Fixed-scope diagnostics and experience redesign sprints.
• Executive briefings, workshops and paid speaking engagements.
• Field learning labs and applied programmes with universities and partners.

A formal profit-allocation policy will be published as part of the Social Enterprise registration. Until then, no fixed percentage of profits is being claimed publicly.

• Purpose over growth: we will not scale in ways that harm people or place.
• Consent and benefit-sharing with local communities and knowledge holders.
• Independence from any single client, sector or political interest.
• Transparent reporting of what worked and what did not.

Regenera Thailand is establishing a measurement framework (Impact Ledger). Verified results will be published after the first reporting cycle. Until then, we do not publish figures as impact.
