Transparency

How we handle claims, credit and content.

A short public standard we hold ourselves to. If you spot something on this site that doesn't meet it, please tell us.

01

No invented clients or credentials

We do not display clients, partners, certifications, awards or project results that have not been formally approved.

02

Real legal status

Regenera Thailand Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Thailand on 13 April 2025 and is preparing to apply for registration as a Social Enterprise.

03

Phuket-first positioning

We do not present ourselves as a national organisation, Southeast Asian authority or destination-transformation platform. Phuket is our current proving ground.

04

Approved case studies only

Case studies are published only when marked approved by the client or initiative lead, with real evidence and a named reporting period.

05

Facts, editorial, reflection — always separated

External sources are quoted with attribution. Our own summaries are labelled editorial. Regenera Thailand's opinions are labelled reflection.

06

No hidden AI content

Where AI helps draft or summarise content, a human reviews and edits before publishing. We do not publish AI-fabricated quotes, statistics or bios.

07

Founder-led, honestly

The About page reflects the current team truthfully. We do not invent team members, instructors or courses.

08

Traceable data

Enquiries and newsletter signups are stored in our own backend with the ability to export, correct or delete on request.

Evidence Standard

Our public Evidence Standard

For every organisational, service or project claim that uses the word regenerative, we require an answer to the following questions on the same page or in a linked Regenerative Claim Card. Educational definitions and third-party sources are exempt but must be attributed.

  1. What specifically is intended to be regenerated?
  2. Who directly benefits?
  3. What is expected to change?
  4. Over what period?
  5. How will it be measured?
  6. What is the baseline?
  7. What is Regenera Thailand directly responsible for?
  8. What is outside Regenera Thailand's control?

Where an answer is not yet available, we say so — as intended, pilot, in development or observed only — rather than stating an outcome we cannot yet demonstrate.
