Bring in affected people and local knowledge holders with consent, credit and fair compensation. Test whose voice is missing and who has the legitimacy to shape the work.

Choose actions, roles, time and resources that match the problem. Clarify what the organisation, local partners and technical specialists each own.
C — Change & Contribution
Separate activity and output from the change the work seeks to influence. Describe contribution carefully rather than claiming sole attribution.
E — Evidence & Evolution
Collect proportionate evidence, state limitations and make a decision: adapt, stop or scale.
