Business Regenerative Tourism Workshop

A working session that turns sustainability ambition into a concrete opportunity map and prioritised first moves your team can own.

Who this is for

Hospitality, DMC and destination teams that need shared language, a map of opportunities specific to their operation, and a shortlist of first actions.

Trigger problems

  • · Team members use 'sustainability' and 'regenerative' interchangeably
  • · CSR and community activities are running in parallel without a strategy
  • · Leadership needs a working session, not a lecture

Process & timeline

Discovery interview → tailored working session (half-day, full-day or Phuket field learning) → shared opportunity map and first-action shortlist.

Duration: 3–6 weeks from confirmation. Single or two-part session.

What you receive

  • · Shared vocabulary and framing across the participating team
  • · Opportunity map specific to your business or destination
  • · First-action shortlist (3–5 items) with owners and next steps
  • · Optional Phuket field session with a local knowledge partner

Client responsibilities

Provide a short pre-brief on current activity. Confirm 6–20 participants. Nominate an internal owner for the first-action shortlist.

Investment basis

Day-rate based, agreed in a written proposal. Field-learning add-on billed separately at cost.

Not the right fit when…

You have already agreed priorities and need external assessment or ongoing partnership — the Diagnostic or Strategic Advisory fits better.

FAQ

  • Do you provide a certification at the end?

No. This is a working session that produces an opportunity map and first-action shortlist, not a credential. Certification is a separate industry mechanism.

  • Can it be delivered on-site outside Phuket?

Yes. Travel is billed at cost and requires additional planning lead time.
