Regenera Place Intelligence — Beta
Start with the place. See what public evidence already exists before deciding what to measure, claim or fund.
A decision-support tool built on public data. Not a biodiversity audit, not certification, and not a replacement for qualified ecological or site work.

Frequently asked questions
What is Place Intelligence?
Regenera Place Intelligence (Beta) is a free first-screening tool. For a coordinate, it shows which public biodiversity records and climate context already exist within about 5 km, what that can and cannot tell you, and the evidence gaps to close before you measure, claim or fund anything.
Is this a biodiversity assessment?
No. It does not measure biodiversity value, ecological condition or impact, and public occurrence records are not a site survey. Records depend on where people have observed and shared data. Site-level conclusions need qualified field or specialist work.
Where does the data come from?
Live from the GBIF occurrence API and NASA POWER climatology. Thai official sources such as BEDO, TH-BIF, GISTDA, DMCR, ThaiWater and TMD are listed in the source panel with their access or licence status; they are not used in results until access and commercial-use terms are clear. Regenera does not imply endorsement or partnership with these providers.
Can this be used for TNFD/GSTC/Plan 14 claims?
No. A snapshot is not TNFD alignment, GSTC conformity, compliance or an official Plan 14 assessment. It can help you decide which evidence to gather next; any claim needs its own methodology, data and, where relevant, independent verification.
