Place impact & evidence · scoped engagements
Evidence Readiness & Impact Evidence Pack
From activity to evidence of change. Turn scattered CSR, sustainability and place-based work into a clear view of what is known, what is missing and what management can do next.
The free check gives a starting-point snapshot before any contact details. A paid scope is agreed separately in writing.
The work is happening. Can you show what changed?
Activities, reports and partner records often sit in different places. Management cannot see which gaps matter most; evidence is hard to reuse for internal reporting, partner requests, readiness work or a later independent review.
Who this helps
Hotels and hospitality groups, MICE and event organisations, developers and mixed-use hospitality projects, DMCs and destination organisations. Schools and institutions can scope an evidence need where it fits their programme and safeguards.
Choose the smallest sensible starting scope
01 · Regenera Readiness Check
A free, private starting-point snapshot with evidence gaps and next steps; not a paid assessment.
02 · Evidence Readiness Diagnostic
A paid, scoped inventory and gap review to identify the decision, available sources and priority actions.
03 · Evidence Pack Sprint
Bring records, provenance, gaps and a practical action/evidence pack together for management use.
04 · Nature & Biodiversity Evidence Pilot / 90-Day Place-Positive Pilot
When a bounded place or nature priority calls for field/source evidence and a practical action cycle, with qualified specialists where needed.
05 · Evidence Operations
Optional ongoing updates, ownership and follow-up so evidence remains usable as work evolves.
What Regenera does
Inventory existing evidence; map gaps against the decision at hand; gather proportionate place-based field or public-source evidence where scoped; agree priority actions; assemble an Impact Evidence Pack; and, if useful, support ongoing evidence operations. Local knowledge holders work as credited, consenting and fairly compensated professional partners.
What your team receives — according to scope
- Evidence register and provenance/source map
- Gap map and prioritised actions
- Management-ready Impact Evidence Pack
- Update and follow-up structure
- Method and limitations note, including what the evidence does not support
Grounded in PLACE
PLACE keeps the work practical: define the place and problem; listen to legitimate local voices; agree actions and allocation; distinguish change from contribution; then use evidence to adapt what happens next. It is a working method, not a standard or certificate.

A clear boundary
Evidence readiness is not certification, assurance, audit or legal compliance. An evidence pack supports decisions and future conversations; it does not independently verify outcomes. Formal external review or verification, ecological surveys and other specialist technical work need qualified third parties where relevant.
Start with the evidence you already have.
The enquiry only needs the decision, organisation and broad scope. Please do not send confidential records or private evidence through the form.
